Relying on differential-measurement principles, the MEMS-based SCA103T series inclinometer provides two analog outputs and an SPI interface. With an 8 Hz bandwidth, resolution of the analog signals is 0.001° (20 mg) and digital resolution is specified as 0.009°/LSB. Other features include a long-term stability of better than 0.014°, an offset accuracy of better than ±0.14° from –25°C to +85°C, and the ability withstand shock levels up to 20 kg.
