Claimed to be the highest resolution encoder available, the Dignalizer provides a 32-bit resolution in a multi-turn configuration. The encoder can measure up to 262,144 pulses per revolution over the course of 262,144 revolutions, allowing it to track over 68 billion pulses with unique binary codes. It measures 58 mm in diameter and 55 mm deep and weighs 370g. Available in both cable and radial connector configurations with 12-mm and other industry-standard hollowshaft sizes, the Dignalizer encoder supports most bus system outputs, including SSI, CANopen, DeviceNet, Profibus, and RS-485. Other features include shock handling to 50g, IP 64 sealing, and a temperature range from -20°C to 85°C. An 18-bit, single-turn version of the encoder is also available.
