The SigLib DSP Library now works with the Microsoft Windows Mobile Operating System and the associated eMbedded Visual C++. DSP applications can be ported to mobile PDA class devices with no modification of the underlying source code. The library has over 390 base functions. It's also available as a 32-bit Windows DLL. Royalty-free pricing starts at $320 per developer. Source code is available.
