Browsing Tool Scans Design Data

June 1, 2000

The InterComm Access environment allows users to browse schematic or physical circuit board layouts independent of specific EDA tools and without the user needing to know on what system the design originated. Used as the graphical environment for third party tools, the application gives anyone the ability to perform a variety of tasks using an accurate representation of the design data. An intuitive, Windows-based user application program interface (API) that does not require training or tool expertise is provided. The application runs on PC-compatible platforms and is upgradeable to a full InterComm configuration.
