Right-Angle BNC Bulkhead Jack Suits Digital Applications

May 1, 2000

Designed for high-performance digital applications, the 75 ohm UCBBJR229 right-angle BNC bulkhead jack features a flange that allows for high-density standard BNC interconnects from a pc board to a distribution backplane. The BNC bulkhead jack delivers -25 dB performance up to 3 GHz. And the design allows for launching the coax signal directly from a pc board plated through-hole at a right angle from the board, permitting better cable management. The product also solves potentially damaging issues related to cable weight and mating torque. The legs of the jack are pre-tinned for solderability.
