A quintet of subminiature, surface-mount slide switches is now available in tape-and-reel packaging for applications in computers, servers, peripherals, consumer electronics, testing and instrumentation, telecommunications, among others. The EG Series switches are available in two-position, three-position, and DP3T varieties. Specified for a minimum lifespan of 10,000 cycles, the EG Series slide switches offer silver-plated contacts with initial contact resistance of less than 20 Ohms. Insulation resistance at 500 V dc is a minimum of 100M Ohms. The switches’ withstand voltage is rated at 500 V AC for one minute between any terminal and frame.
