The Super323 Series bipolar transistors handle collector currents from 1A to 1.5A and can dissipate up to 500 mW in miniature SOT-232 surface-mount packages. The line includes NPN and PNP complementary devices with VCE(SAT) ratings as low as 0.2V for a collector current of 1A. As a result, the transistors offer an alternative to MOSFETs in many portable applications.
