Designed to meet the demands of high voltage applications such as high intensity discharge Xenon lights or telecomm system switching, FZT560 and FMMT560 PNP transistors can handle collector-emitter voltages up to 500V. Respective power dissipation is 2W and 0.5W. Both transistors can handle pulse currents up to 500 mA with a continuous collector current specified at 150 mA. At a collector current of 50 mA, the minimum hFE is 80.
